Muscovy Ducks – Adult Drakes

Description

Muscovy ducks are large, quiet birds that are good mothers and excellent flyers.  Adult drakes dress at about 9 pounds.  They are good foragers of insects in the yard and garden. Ours roam free, they have excellent flying ability and predation is not a problem. They can rest high up in trees, on roofs, or hide in bushes. Their tendency is to find safety when feeling a threat in the area.
