Description
Muscovy duck meat (sometimes called Barbarie or Barbary duck) is thin-skinned, low in fat, and has deep red, mild meat which is sometimes compared to roast beef for its flavor, and veal for its tenderness. Drakes dress out around 6-7 pounds. Hens dress out between 4-6 pounds.
Our duck meat is hand processed from free range birds that keep the property free from unwanted flying pests and bugs as mother nature intended, raised on greens & grains with no hormones.
